Today’s Pedal Line Friday submission is from Simon Ostendarp. If you have a pedal line (doesn’t have to be in a board) for your rig, please email me a photo, bio, description of pedals and routing to pedalline@nulleffectsbay.com. Every Friday I’ll showcase a pedal line submission. Make sure you include any links to your band or music page.
Hi,
this is my Submission for pedal line friday, I would be honored if you can share it.
These are three loops: One in front of the amps, and two after the preamp and frequency dividing filter, one for low tone, and one for high/mids.
Upfront: Harley Benton Tuner > Caline EQ > Aguilar TLC Compressor > Soundblox Multiwave Distortion > Mooer Sweeper > Wolliges Mammuth (Wooly Mammoth Clone by Somo Pedals) > Buffy Signal Buffer (by Somo Pedals) > Preamp (Mesa Boogie Subway, in my rack).
After that is a Fame X-Over Frequency Dividing Filter, and a Alesis 3630 Compressor. The Alesis has two channels, each with a FX Loop:
Low Loop: EHX the Mole > Mooer Thunderball
High/Mid loop: EHX Bass Soul Food > Mooer Machine
After the Alesis Compressor (mainly used as a noise gate) both channels go into a power amp and into a 1’18 and a 2’10 cabinet.
The Board is a Boss BCB-60, the Patchbox also is made by Somo Pedals in Germany. The yellow buttons are 3d-printed. The additional Power Bank is a Fame Mini Power Brick.
I play Bass for my Band “Thermomett”, we do some kind of Comedy Grindcore/Slam.
