Pedal Line Friday – 12/16 – Derek Allen

My board routing is Korg tuner > Ts808 reissue > Hyperfuzz fz-2 > Verbzilla > Gigadelay > 4ms Noise Swash > Dwarfcraft Hax > Small Stone > Stereo Memory Man with Hazarai > Electric Mistress.

The Tubescreamer is almost always on (I run into a jcm800). I think I turn it off for two short bits in our set. The next most used pedal is probably the SMMWH. I use it for fake ring mods and the weirder delays that it’s so good at. The Noise Swash is my favorite pedal though. I think it’s basically a self-oscillating fuzz with a power starve, but it sounds different every time I use it – even if I don’t touch any of the knobs.
