Knobs Demo of the Dwarfcraft Gears

Knobs Demo of Dwarfcraft GearsWhen it comes to demo’ing the weird and unusual, sometimes it’s easiest to make the demo weird and unusual. I was excited to see a Knobs demo of the Dwarfcraft Gears pedal. Knobs demos are really becoming some of my favorite demos to check out on YouTube! Definitely do yourself a favor and subscribe to their channel!

So let’s talk about the Dwarfcraft Gears pedal. Gears has a few functions, which include Overdrive, Sub Octave Generator and Resonant filter. This pedals allows you to create some crazy “synth” sounds. Lot of weirdness. Lot of awesome. I like how Knobs defines it – “the gears is a sub octave and sub sub octave square wave generating synth box with some other handy tricks up its nuts. It screams. It wubs. It blips and makes a fine companion for dancing in the rubble”. Yes… I like that description!

Check out the demo:

As you can see/hear you can achieve all sorts of sounds and effects with this unit. It definitely is a tool to inspire, and if you’re looking for something different, this could be a perfect tool for the job. If you’re interested in purchasing the Dwarfcraft Gears, it is currently available for $225 on Amazon.com

If you own this pedal, or just want to talk about it.. or the demo, please comment below!
