I got one of this pedals, and is a friend when you need to change very quick your sound between a “funky brilliant bass” to “Reggae bass”. In some part or our songs i need to do that, and i haven`t to get another Bass eq pedal just using the Mole instead.
You have to be very carefull if you put the mole after a phaser, wah pedals or envelope followers, cause in the low end you can damage you cabinet (increased too much).
For me, The mole is Motown sound in one click!

If I only had time… my usual excuse for such a review. I bought one used from a guy for $31 shipped. It isn’t a bad pedal, but don’t expect it to wow you. It does what it says it does – it gives you that low end boost. Don’t associate boost like a soloing guitar pedal, with ‘ahhhs’, this is all about the low end ‘booooms’. When in use, it will not be an on-off thing mid-song, but will primarily be used for those songs where lots of low end will be needed, even on a passive P-bass.

Perhaps I could plug it up and do an iPhone video demo soon.
