Hello, I've had an Akai Headrush and didn't like it. Quality of the delay sound wasn't good and it had not a big headroom.

Take a look at the Boss RC-2 if you wan't a good looper. It has a build in Drumcomputer and you could delete the last recorded overdubed loop and retry to record it, without deleting the whole loop and start from beginning. You could store loops that are keept after powered off (up to 16min!). Smaller than the Headrush.

If you wan't a good delay that has a loop feature take a look at the eventide time factore, way better then the headrush. Very good tape-delay simulation, can sound like a deluxe memory man and lots more!
