Thanks for commenting. It definitely depends on the style of rock you play.. that’s for sure. I personally think this pedal is great for lead tone, I agree, a little too much low end for standard rhythm play, if you have it cranked (filter, mid cut, etc). You get some great lead tone though.

Great review that accurately describes the nuances of this pedal, especially the “thunderous low end.” I found it to be too thunderous in fact and had to return it, but it may be due to my amp/guitar.
